We noticed that the web page said " The Foundation is a registered non-profit organization and contributions are tax deductible." It also stated " There are two ways to donate to the Foundation. Make an on-line donation through Network for Good. Print a form and mail your donation to the Foundation Contribution form pdf format. A list of contributors appears on the last page of each newsletter." The header had Peace Corps as the highest ranking keyword. It was followed by Philippines, Scholarship, and Volunteer which isn't as ranked as highly as Peace Corps. On March 1, 2011. This marked the beginning of what would become an 11 year civil war. Peace Corps continued to serve in Sierra Leone until finally pulling out in 1994 due to the instability and violence. Regan said training seemed a bit impromptu, likely similar to those first years in the 1960s. Peace Corps was new to the area and new to post-conflict.
